I attended St. Joseph and my children have attended St. Joseph. Mr. Boniti has been more than a Principal, Teacher and Coach to me and my family. He has been a great friend and mentor. I attribute my success in life to him. He lead by example. He provided great advice to me as a student and as a adult.

My family abaolutely loves Mr. Boniti. He has done SO much for us. Because of him, my kids have thrived in school. He is always so caring and does an excellent job at leadership. This is heartbreaking to hear that he will not be returning. HE is the best and we came to St. Joe's because we were so impressed with his compassion. This is a mistake and one that will be regretted once everything starts to fall apart from his absence. Why in the world would you take away a job from someone who clearly knows how to keep a school as a family?! :( I am scared to think what this could mean for the future of St. Joe's.

For all the 'Anonymous' people below , guessing you weren't taught that 'If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all". Should never kick anyone when they are down ... It's people like YOU that needed good influence in your lives like Mr. Al Boniti.
Keep your head up Mr. Boniti , you have so many supporters out here! You've touched so many lives throughout all the years and are an amazing man!

Could it be that it's time to remove our bishop after all he's not an educator . He certainly is not a leader cause a leader recognizes talent! Loves to cause chaos at every turn. Doesn't like successful people cause it makes him look bad. Bishop Donahue closed . Sacred heart school closed . St Francis moundsville closed. Maybe he was involved in sears and now Macy's closing. He's good at this stuff. Peace!

First, I want to say thank you to Mr. Boniti for all he has done for my daughter. I will be forever grateful to him and his excellent staff. I guess I understand that the diocese wants someone that has a great love of their faith, their church, their family, St. Joseph School, Madonna High School and the Weirton community. What I don't understand is why would you look elsewhere when you already have that man at St. Joseph School?!? His name is Al Boniti!
