I've lived in the area for many years and would like to see it grow with more family owned local businesses.
More payday loan centers are not needed or wanted!!

We do not need another Pawn Shop or Cash Money type business in the neighborhood. We need a family restaurant of some kind.

There is no need for another pawn shop in the area. This area needs to be built up and with another pawn store it's just going to attract the wrong crowds. Not to mention drown out some of the smaller businesses in the area.

Opposed, and it would take more than the space allowed to list all the reasons

Opposed, not a good choice, already one pawn shop and two predatory cheque cashing places within a block. The space would be better served in its original form as a restaurant.

This area needs some sprucing up not dumbing down. Maybe the space could be better used for a ymca, movie theatre or some sort of family orientated businesses

While I don't agree with this petition's argument for "churches" encouraging community development enlightenment, I do believe there is already a surplus of pawn shops in this area. Perhaps this space would be better utilized as something else?

We already have plenty of this type of business in Inglewood, in the City, in the Province or in the Country.
