SB-197 offers the best protection for retail liquor stores going forward. Not signing this bill puts ALL retail liquor stores at much greater risk going forward. PLEASE SIGN THIS BILL....show your support for small business.

Governor Hickenlooper,
Please sign SB197. As a small business owner, large out of State corporations have put our livelihoods as well as that of our employees on the line by trying to change the liquor laws that have worked well in Colorado for decades, overnight, via a ballot initiative. This WILL NOT WORK. As a liquor store owner, we have had to operate by the laws as they are. For there to be a major change in the law and our market, it needs to be done in phases over time. SB197 is the RIGHT WAY to bring about changes to our State's liquor laws, in a way that will allow us to continue to thrive and allow new players into the market. Thank you for supporting SB197, jobs, and small businesses in our great State.

Governor Hickenlooper- The bill is a compromise which protects local Colorado small business while allowing us to adjust to the demands of a changing population. As our representative, you should sign this bill 197 and work with us to derail the various initiatives from out of state companies.
