I went to Flagler Palm Coast High School for my Freshman and Sophomore years of high school before escaping to the Advance Technology Center for my Junior and Senior year. I hated FPCHS not just because of the students, but also the teachers. Mr. Brazell is one of the best teachers that FPCHS doesn't deserve. I am speaking out for Mr. Brazell's character in saying the kid deserved whatever grade he gave them. I will be emailing the principle and super intendent. Thank you K-Man for creating this petition.

I don't know him personally but my older brothers had his class and they always talked so highly of him. You have my signature. I loath the kids these days, never taking responsibility for their own misfortunes.

I was in Mr. Brazell's class over 20 yrs ago, and although I did not follow that career path, it was a valuable experience for me to learn and grow. I know Mr. Brazell and his family personally (attended church with them and babysat all of his boys), and I know the character of this man. It would be a disgrace for him to not only lose his job, but also rob him of the financial contribution he has made all these years! This man truly cares about his job and the lives he impacts daily.

My daughter had Mr Brazell at FPCHS. He got her involved in TV production. She is now a very successful TV and film editor in Hollywood and according to her she owes it all to him.

Mr Brazell is one of those teachers that students never forget. We all remember those teachers who went the extra mile and helped shape us into the success stories we call our lives. Don't deprive the youth of Florida from gaining that experience from Carl Brazell, I beg you.

They need to question that student more and stand behind their teachers who have a good record, I was a school volunteer for 20 years and got hurt during volunteering at the auditorium n FPC forgot all about my years of expense n sacrifice n threw me under the bus...school board n Delbrugge's choice :(

Mr Brazil is one of the elite group of "Teacher of the Year" award. He has been changing lives for the better for 21+ years! What is going on? Is this how you thank a teacher for giving his best all that time? Or is this a way of getting rid of teachers who are being paid at the top of the pay scale? Hmmmmm..... Just wondering.

Mr Brazell was an awesome teacher. He is the only teacher that made a difference during my years at FPC. Out all the teachers I have had during my time at FPC he is the only one I stayed in touch with after graduation. I second the comment that stated his classroom is more of a sanctuary for his students and he is there to help them all. I graduated in 2001 and Mr. Brazell was the Best Teacher I had.

Good teachers, who are passionate about their subject AND their students, are very rare these days. To punish future generations by losing such a wonderful teacher would be an absolute shame- and do to so because someone is having a fit about a grade they earned is pathetic. I feel that this is an outrage. My daughter attended his class for 4 years and this was not only her favorite class but a sanctuary.
How can all this man have accomplished in his many years as a teacher and mentor be dismissed so easily.
