It clearly shows Mark Mongan was in the wrong! How did he get away with out taking a breathalyzer whn all this happened?! He was drunk while driving a boat and killed Megan why is this ok?! How is that whn you have money u can get away with things? Is he buying people off so he can get away with murder?! You took Megan away from her children her family..He needs to be punished for what he did! WE NEED JUSTICE FOR MEGAN AND HER FAMILY!

If someone drives drunk, and hits a car, kills the person. Or persons in the car, they get charged with a crime and sent to prison.
This guy was drunk, driving a boat, ran Into another boat, and killed someone. This guy got away with murder. He should have been charged and sent to prison.
This is not only a huge miscarriage of justice, but a disgusting display of privileged and special treatment by our justice system.
The judge should be removed from the bench, and if possible, this case should be reexamined by an independent agent, so that justice can be served. This man deserves to pay for his crime. The laws should apply to everyone, and shouldn't change just because of wealth.
Justice for Megan and her family needs to happen.
This man will be back on the river this summer, and more lives will be at risk, because this justice system failed Megan and her family. Do not let this guy get away with murder. Sign the petition and give Megan a voice, let it be heard by that man, judge, and justice system in that county.

I miss you. Bottom line . It hurts everyday . I go to text you and stop all the time . You are supposed to be next to me on my wedding day , for upcoming birthdays , and so many other life events . I love you and pray for your babies every single day. The fact that the man who did this got a slap on the hand makes me physically ill . It's not fair to say the least. You always will be a beautiful soul love, and I'd give anything to see you again.
