This family no longer gets to celebrate birthdays, holidays with megan. He still gets to do all those things with his kids. Just goes to show you, Money talks. If I would have done such a thing I would be in jail for the rest of my life. Shame on our justice system. Wonder if those people who decided this would feel ok if it was their daughter.

This man needs to be held accountable for his actions. He made a conscious decision to drink and drive a speedboat. Please do not let him get away with it, he has ruined a families lives, and has absolutely no remorse about what he did.

He needs to be held accountable for his actions. If a 14 year old can be charged with a felony for protecting himself, a grown man needs to be charged for recklessness.
