Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Illayhi Rajioon . Whatever the situation it is sad for us Muslims when our Brothers at large especially Ulema are at loggerheads with each other. Allah(swt) have mercy, protect & forgive us our shortcomings inshAllah...Aameen
Our akaabireen (senior Islamic scholars) were persecuted for upholding the truth. Yet the truth prevailed and the oppressive rulers will answer to Allah Ta'ala. This case is even worse. Taking a senior aalim to the court of the kuffaar.
I'm a revert and I feel all the ulama that's financially well off think they can do any haram and get away how can u take mufti AK to court??? that's ruling is by a kafir and I worked long in Cii and I feel that Alllah will bring justice
we are with the ulema fighting for the benefit of all muslim may allah grant them and us the courage to continue this so our kids know what they are consuming is certainly halaal and what they abstain from is certainly haraam aameen
.to eat Halaal and Tayyib (pure) food, 2.to discontinue and withdraw certification of all non muslim poultry abattoirs, And 3.to pool the resources of the Ummah together and launch a Muslim owned Poultry plant-empowering our muslims in SA..

Why doesn't SANHA accept the arbitration of THE GRAND MUFTI OF SOUTH AFRICA??? After all they do quote him extensively regards the chicken issue. Mufti A.K is his student. No need for a non Muslim forum to meddle in Muslim affairs
