Stand Against Injustice: Demand Resignation of Superintendent Magda Hernandez for Toxicity, Incompetence, and Racism

Well Graduation is over and the seeing Eye Dog did a great job handling out all the diplomas to the kids. Now let’s get down to the real work. The Board of Clowns needs to get to work and terminate the Gold Digger Magna, Juan Carlos Goofball Martinez, Scammy Sammy Subway Andrews, Dr. Doolittle A Smith, Ahna Gomez I Couldn’t run Irving High as a Principal, Katie I’m scared Gilleland that shouldn’t be over HR. With that being said how can HR sit at the board meetings with the Clowns Board Members and let the racist Gold Digger Superintendent say what she did and nothing is being done about it. If it was a different employee they would have been terminated the next morning. As a tax payer in Irving I’m sick and tired of seeing Overtime Omar the Forman for the grounds department working overtime on Saturday sitting at his residence and the school vehicle parked out in front. Why are we as tax payers paying a employee overtime rate which is great money to sit at home as it’s been reported to Subway Andrew’s and nothing is done because Overtime Omar works at Andrew’s house on the side. Magda needs to step down! She has lost all credibility. Well, actually she lost that a long time ago. She’s not the type of leader Irving ISD needs. We need someone that has the ability to turn things around. I’m not sure why the board continues to back her. What exactly has she done that’s so great? I mean, at most, she’s a mediocre actress that can squeeze out a fake tear at the drop of a dime in an effort to gain sympathy or mask the fact that she doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing. We don’t need a cry baby; we need ACCOUNTABILITY and RESULTS! I don’t hold a top position, but even I can see that she’s not effective so why can’t the board see it? If you really care about the well-being of our students you’ll get rid of the soap opera wanna be and hire a leader with proven results. Do better IISD Board!

Happy Memorial Day to all except The Gold Digger Magna, Randy Got Go Randell, Juan Carlos Goofball Martinez, Scammy Sammy Subway Andrew’s, Dr. Dolittle A. Smith and want to be CFO Gumby Nativdad and the other Clown School Board Members. It’s a shame that y’all have done nothing about the racism remarks that the Gold Diigger has made. If my daughter was graduating this year she would not accept her diploma from any of you as you all are a bunch of jokes. I rather have her receive it it from a seeing eye dog as you clowns can’t see anything that the Superintendent or her bully staff has done ( Juan Carlos Goofball Martinez ) It show they are there for a paycheck as Goofball Martinez goes gets his haircut and talks bad about the district as he is the same leader that uses a district vehicle last year and returns it to maintenance with vomit in it to have someone else clean it up . That’s a true leader as he thinks that’s above him to clean it. It’s time to start cleaning house at the Administration office as the media will be finding out really soon. Stop feeding your administration and your maintenance departments and let’s start giving back to the students. Keep posted for next weeks news.

A recording is out where IISD Superintendent is stating racist comments against hiring African American principals. She stated she doesn't want to hire anyone who "looks like them". Where are all our African American families. This is the leader over your children schools. Are you ok with this? We all need to ask the board to leave their seats because if they haven't asked her to step down they are as racist too. There is ZERO tolerance for racism at IISD!!!

BREAKING NEWS IN IRVING ISD Well it’s time again. Under the leadership of the Gold Digger Superintendent Hernandez the Faculty Services which is under Sammy Subway Andrew’s has failed to turn in Po’s for vendors to be paid as several accounts to be frozen which means the technician can’t get parts . About a month ago Subway Sammy had all Formans as well as other staff members in the office for a week trying to get all the paperwork gathered together so the vendors can be paid. They where several thousand dollars wasted for those individuals doing paperwork because Sammy didn’t follow up to make sure as he is responsible for it as nothing will be done to him because once again he was put in that position because of being good friends of the Superintendent. It’s time to move on from the buddy system in Irving ISD . Juan Carlos Goofball Martinez needs to go as well as he is a true bully. On the last note we need to have the School Board replaced as well since they are doing nothing about it.

If the CFO, Debbie Cabrera, were still in Irving ISD she would not have allowed the district to get to this point. She was very meticulous, consistent, and did not allow taxpayer dollars to be mishandled. She actually knew what the hell she was doing. She was a CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANT WITH MORALS. She didn’t allow Magda to go off the deep end unnecessarily spending our hard-earned taxpayer dollars, so guess what - Magda found a reason to no longer need her services. Again, there’s no way Debbie would’ve allowed this crap to happen under her watch.

After hearing the recording I must say I am appalled. Magda has shown her true colors. It makes me now think back on past questionable instances that have occurred and things make sense now. She had everyone thinking John Carlos was the culprit but her hands are far from being clean. It’s evident now more-so than ever. Then she has the nerves to post on X “Before you assume, learn the facts. Before you judge, understand why. Before you hurt someone, feel. Before you speak, think.” Seriously, lady?! You’re such a joke. I hope that was a note to self because you don’t embody any of those things. Smh #fraud And another thing, the so-called Board is worthless for letting her get by with so much. The board president has money management issues just like the superintendent so I guess they’re two peas in a pod and the rest of the board members are flunkies following along. TEA needs to take over immediately. What’s done in the dark will continue to come to light.

I am appalled by Magda's action, her words and her level of confidence to boldly display such unacceptable behavior.

Recently at the resource fair for Irving isd and they were giving out prizes and a few of my friends volunteered at the raffle booth. They were drawing for the bbq set at was told by admin that the bbq set had already had a winner. The winner of the bbq set was a friend or family of Magda. The actually winner who should have received the set was a high school student with a family of 10 they really could have used it over Magda’s friend. But that’s just a small form of injustice for our school district. It’s sad we have leaders like this

Good afternoon. President Randell , Superintendent Hernandez and The Board of Trustees. ( It doesn’t matter about you clowns ) It’s a shame that at your board meeting and individual shows up to speak and gets the microphone turned of because of the truth that was about to come out. All of you are protecting the Gold Digger Superintendent and the money that she makes and the money she gives out to family and friends on behalf of the tax payers of Irving. It’s time for y’all to wake up and do something about it as The Leader Hernandez as she is not a real Superintendent and her sidekick Jaun Carlos Goofball Martinez needs to GO as well. If you Board Members can’t handle it maybe y’all need to go with her. Tax payers are tired of giving out free money to employees that don’t know there jobs. Since the Administration office made up of bunch of clowns maybe instead having lunches that are paid by tax dollars we hire a clown to come in at the next board meeting to make all of you ballon animals.
