Stand Against Injustice: Demand Resignation of Superintendent Magda Hernandez for Toxicity, Incompetence, and Racism

I am a citizen of Irving and have seen yeachers morale go down and many good teachers leave due to the poor leadership

This behavior is not surprising as it's taken place across more than one school district in which she has been employed. The most recent example of a direct report of hers being caught on camera stating 'it's not illegal if you're not caught' while telling a parent to falsify a birth certificate is on brand for her own pattern of behaviors and actions and the culture at Irving ISD. Accountability for this pervasive mindset must start at the top.

I've worked with this woman before. She was of questionable character then, and obviously nothing has changed. With the size of that outrageous salary, it seems the school board can replace her with someone more competent and honorable, and put that difference back into the district.

Sad to say but I pulled my kids out of Irving ISD. As a parent, I too heard the rumors from the teachers my kids had built trust and rapport with. This superintendent must go!

Well, you clowns at Irving ISD thought I went away but I just gave y’all a little break. I see that Cotton Top Rosemary the new school president didn’t have the guts to do anything about the racism and bullying that the Gold Digger Superintendent and her staff which includes Goofball Martinez and the worthless HR department. I guess when you work at the administration office you can do and say anything you want and get away with it as well as the the maintenance department with Dr. Doolittle Smith and Subway Andrew’s. When it’s all said and done when the district is hit with a lawsuit all of you will be mentioned in it for bullying and racism remarks that y’all have done nothing about. Now school starting soon we still have have the same idiots running a district and board members. They have been lots of great teachers move out of the district because how poorly it’s ran. It’s that time again this year that the Gold Digger sister that don’t know her job get anther rise as she has in the past. Irving ISD is a joke and want get any better with the clowns you have in place. You schools look like crap inside and out. More to come after school starts.

Nameless Ghoul is right,but is not just ass kissing people like that Adolfo,also the hiring sucks,they hire people with zero experience,zero skills,zero common sense and zero ability to learn anything,there’s this guy LUIS in maintenance who was hired over the phone,who has been there for 4 years and still hasn’t learn a thing,the guy spends the day driving around looking for a place to hide and to this day he spends more time in the office being reprimanded than actually working. As someone who knows people that works for the district. I can say there’s a lot of favoritism and racism in this district all over the place especially in a particular section of it from what I was told by a mutual friend . A lot of it in the maintenance department. I don’t know who runs it but from what I’ve been told they like to target people and stop them from moving up and even dictating their future within the district. A lo of bullying and harassment that goes on and then they play it off like nothing happened and it’s gotten that bad that they do a lot of double standards and from I was told they protect their own over being fair and basically throw people under the bus if you don’t kiss ass and join the program. A lot of people in this department moved up because of ass kissing and not because of actual merits of work like some guy named Adolfo who likes to target his own Hispanic community and throws them under the bus for his personal gain so he can be well with the bosses and stay protected from what I was told by many individuals. Hopefully things changes around here it’s a chain that starts from the top and trickles down.

I am an alumni and a first year teacher. I was planning to come back to IISD to teach but I decided not to come back to the district because of warnings & stories from teacher friends. It is embarrassing to see how downhill the district has gotten. I would never want to work in a place with corrupt leadership.

Well. The eyes is back. I see we elected new Board Members. Rosemary I hope you have the guts to do something with the Gold Diigger want to be Superintendent Magna since Randy Do Nothing Randell was to afraid because his business might hurt from it. A.D Jenkins step up to the plate and do something as well as she discriminated against your people of color which isn’t right. She is prejudiced against others and has her sidekick Juan Carlos Goofball Martinez in her back pocket. They both need to GO. As I mentioned before with all the overtime coming out of the Maintenance Department and allowing it to happen is Dr. Doolittle Chef Smith and Scammy Sammy Subway Andrew’s is letting Overtime Omar work all overtime he wants because he is cooking hamburgers at the Administration Office when should be doing his normal work making sure the grounds are done. Look at your schools in you neighborhoods at how high the grass is and don’t say the rain is because of it because it’s not. If wouldn’t be cooking lunch for administration office he could supervise his employees. It’s time for Dr. Doolittle Smith and Subway Andrew’s to Go as well. It’s sad to say that people run around and say we are deacons of the church Randell and Andrew’s and they let things go as they have. The HR Department is a total joke at Irving ISD as if anyone else made the comments that Gold Digger Magna and Goofball Martinez did they would have been terminated the next morning. Do your job HR and don’t be afraid of them. They have been several great people leave the district because of the leadership and it’s time for The Clown Board Members to do something about it or it’s going to cost the district lots of taxpayers dollars in court. Let’s get moving on replacing them two knuckleheads Gold Digger and Goofball Martinez. I will have more post next week Stay Tuned for more facts.

I just saw something so disgusting on X. Gold Diggin’ Magna had a select few black Irving ISD employees “representing Irving ISD” at the City of Irving Juneteenth celebration. I find this interesting considering she won’t acknowledge it as a holiday for Irving ISD. If you’ll notice who’s in the photos, you’ll see one of her consistent poster products - Ms. Yessuh Masta Whatley. I’ve noticed Gold Digger often plugs this lady in to make public comments in support of her at board meetings and boy are they theatrical! I guess this is an attempt for Magna to try to recover from that recording, which by the way, I’m sure they’re trying to sweep under the rug. She wants people to “see she has black friends and supporters”. That’s a Trump move to me. GTFOH with that fakeness. We see you!

I was told about this petition from friends who work in IISD, they have been having the hardest time since 2019. She has caused nothing but trouble for all the workers and even the students.

The district has gone down hill for years and she made it worse.

Let’s just say how do taxpayers feel about your tax dollars going toward a Big Cookout that took place this past Thursday at the Administration Building. Your tax dollars are for students education not to feed all those six figure employees that are working there. The cooks that prepared the food was lead by Dr. Doolittle Smith and his management staff Sammy Subway Andrew’s from maintenance department. That’s a really good way to spend taxpayers money on labor and food. The Clown Board Members continue to let her get away with whatever she wants but at the end of the day y’all will be held accountable as well as you all never done anything about the racism remarks she made during your board meeting. For Juan Carlos Goofball Martinez to tell principals at a meeting that teachers do not deserve a raise is totally ignorant as he is over paid as well . The Leaders we have never been principles before but they are in charge of hiring them . This district is going down quickly with the Leaders and the School Board Members we have in place. Randy Got To Go Randell will stay on the board until all his family members have graduated. If anyone is around the Administration office please throw out some Chick-fil-A to Superintendent and her staff .

Every parent and employee of IISD should be very concerned about the future of this district. Since Magda has taken over, scores have plummeted, yet she gets a raise? JC Martinez told principals in a meeting that no one deserves a raise and boasted that next year principals will do the work with less staff. I was in a meeting during which he stated IISD gives staff everything they need. That is complete nonsense. It’s not a coincidence that there’s 300 teaching jobs open in IISD. No one wants to work for them.
