No Rentals ... No Apartments. This will lower our property values. Not to mention our schools do not have the capacity for this. Single Family homes Only!!!!

We do not need any more apartment complexes or rental property! We have enough slum lords in town. Many beautiful neighborhoods have been destroyed due to rental property and the problems that come along with such properties!!!

We do not want apartment buildings and rental duplexes built here . It is not good to have for our home values to have so many section 8 in this subdivision. We were told the fields are zoned for commercial not for what is now planned!

400+ rental units would have a negative effect on on community as our roads, schools, and neighborhood is not equipped to deal with such a significant increase in population and traffic that these rentals would bring.

I oppose this plan to develop section 8 rental properties. Use the land as it was intended.

No rentals! If they succeed we should use litigation as a group to stop this.

I am not in favor. If this takes place i will seek legal Council. When I bought and built in this subdivision this was not the original plan.

I just recently bought my townhome and am new to the neighborhood. We purchased her because of the great schools and neighborhood. A lot can change if there are that many rentals added to the mix. Property values will also most likely decrease which is a same, especially because we upgrade our unit when we moved in.
