The area is too congested as it is. We don't need another 400+ unit addition to that.

No property owner would willing move into a new home in the vacinity of rental apartments. So, build your apartments / town homes else where!!

This is a great neighborhood and always has been. We don't want Stahelin Properties building rental properties in our neighborhood that has already and always has been zoned for single family homes.

I am totally against putting in these apartments and townhouses.. This area is way to crowded already and our schools and streets cannot accommodate for this!.

Amending the original plans will not be beneficial to the subdivision or the community as a whole. Joliet needs to attract more homeowners. Homeowners tend to take more pride in their homes as they are a long term personal investment. Rental properties tend to have high turnover rates and negatively impact the community.
