Please do not build rentable apartments in such a nice area! Me and my family moved out hear so they can grow up here and go to good schools and live in a nice area with no problems. Don't do it for our kids future Please!

I am against this. If it does get passed, at a minimum the builder should be required to use some of the land and pay for building more schools and recreational facilities to support the new residents that the existing infrastructure is not designed to handle.

As a Sable Ridge resident, this will negatively impact the value of my home. We do not have the roominthe schools for an additional 471 families, nor do with have the infastructure to support this. I am also leary of the potential crime itcould bring to ourcommunity.
