Against the rezone. It will bring down properties values. Greed is the only thing Stahelin is interested in. Let him build next these rentals across from where he lives.

The area is, and has been single family homes from the start. Why change/degrade the community feel and look? Not to mention traffic congestion.

This would bring down my home values! It would also bring lower-income families who cannot afford to purchase a home into the school district. I am very against adding rental properties to the development.

This was not part of what we bought into 10 yrs ago. To have our property be downgraded by a large number of apartments is not fair to us nor our school district

We just built our home near this area. We are absolutely against this!!! Property values, neighborhood safety and our kid's education will all suffer from this.

Absolutely not to the apartments/rental units. This will have a hugely negative impact on over crowding at our schools and will drop land values.

Keep the original zones as promised.

I would much rather have commercial properties there as originally intended.

Loved living in Sable Ridge. I'd hate to see it turn out to be more apt./town homes.

This will definitely negatively affect this area! And most definitely the schools.
