Especially with this being a Minooka school district 201 we do not need any more lower income apartments or homes being built in this area those of us that bought homes nearly $400,000 homes should not have to live in an area with this kind of places being built

We did not make a large investment and continue to invest in our homes and community through the economic downturn so that now as our community and homes starts to rise back in value we can have these rental properties bring our investments down. When we purchased at Sable Ridge we were told that rentals were not allowed or legal and only homeowners were allowed in this Subdivision. It was a part of reason we chose to live in this community!

I have already seen the negative impact that a large rental population has on our sub division. I say no to rentals in this area.
