As a local resident for 16 years I do NOT want this re-zoned for rental property and townhomes. Builders have just started building new homes again in the area. Stahelin made a business decision to buy the property, tell them they need to wait!

We need commercial investment that adds to the tax base to take the burden off home owners. This will not bring any relief to the home owners who are invested in their homes and communities
