We are already struggling with increasing home value in our subdivision after the economic crash a few years ago. We need to maintain the value in our home market and this rental homes proposal is going to destroy us. This also is not acceptable. Please go elsewhere and leave our area alone. We do not want to be overcrowded.

I do not support rental properties and section 8 housing in this area! Our schools and neighborhoods are nice because we work very hard to keep it that way! Plus we ALL pay our taxes which is why we take pride in our schools and neighborhoods. This is NOT okay!

This was not the original vision of the city when it began to expand west. Very bad idea!!!!

The infrastructure surrounding the area could not withstand that kind of traffic flow. Vast numbers of rental properties in one area have proven to decrease home values, over populate schools and unfortunately bring crime. Bringing this type of density to this area zoned commercial should remain as such.

This property should remained zoned for single family homes. It's initial intent. I thr builder or person who bought the property didn't want that then they should've reconsidered buying this specific piece of property. Please keep our area we purchased in the same condition it was originally set up for and zoned for therefore keeping the impact on our community the same in which it was intented. Thank you for your time and position.

This would make our schools over crowded.

I am against the zoning for apartments that would bring down my property value. The property could be used for different housing.
