the distant lot "glider port" closes before my shift ends making parking tickets a normal event. I have 3 miles at times to walk in at the start of my shift. public transportation is not suitable for my shift waiting for ride in the dark after 9:45 pm

It is ridiculous that we pay a premium amount of money for a "B" parking pass, come to work, then have to park at a distance because there are not enough designated "B" spaces. When lot 702 closes the shortage will be even greater. The recent conversion of "B" spaces to "A" in the staff structure is a slap in the face of the people who are unable to obtain an "A" pass designation. Many people have been ticketed because at some point they must give up circling for a space and get to work or be late. It is absolutely necessary to allow an extra half an hour prior to my shift for parking or risk being late.

I am a per diem, I pay $8 per day , I waste my gas trying to find a B parking, I arrive at least one hour early. It is frustrating to see a lot of A parking spaces open and I have to drive to the top of Athena! I work at another big hospital and we park for free.

We pay way to much money for our parking spaces to be taken away for spots that are empty every time I come into the garages.

My coworkers and I pay over $800 a year for parking that is not sufficiently available. I am paying for a commodity should be provided to me but it is not guaranteed. The influx of staff for Jacobs Medical Center and parking demands was poorly planned. Additional time is wasted to find parking when lots are full and then making the journey from the parking lot to clock in. An evaluation should be done to assess why there are so many A spots open during peak hours. Those should change to B spots. I, like so many others, are frustrated because we are required to pay to park yet there is not parking. Providing mass transit is not a solution for everybody.

I pay $80 a month for parking yet there is not enough parking for me to get to work on time. Not enough spaces. Plenty of other spaces designated for A parking are not being used.

It's not fair to charge for parking then take away our spaces that are already sparse. Yet there are 100s of untouched A spaces empty everyday

There are many more "A" spots than "B" spots and the A's are vacant.

For the amount we are paying is ridiculous since I have to walk so far to and from work. I often leave at 11-12 at night with no one else and am terrified every time.

There's more parking spaces for "A" staff than "B" staff and it doesn't even fill all the spots! It's not fair that "B" staff can only park in B parking space while "A" staff can park on either A or B parking spaces on other parking structure!!!

B parking is very limited and inconvenient. There seems to be an excess of A parking, as well as "reserved" spots. When coming in for a 2 pm shift, it can take 30 -40 min to find a spot, which is made worse because there is an overlap in the staffing form days and pms. Please add additional B parking in areas that are closer in, as well as other areas

Not enough B parking spaces compared to A parking spaces.

off site parking + high crime Hillcrest + cover of darkness is a recipe for disaster. One can only hope it never happens. Those of us whom cannot afford to pay to go to work what options do we have. Mass transit does not work with my schedule.

People who make less than $25.00 p/h have to choose between buying food or pay for parking

Don't even get me started. I'm watching my hockey game which is way more important than thinking about yet another UC system joke.

They keep converting our B permit parking spaces to A spaces then we have to park further from our Building.
