Long 12 hour shifts, adding on extra time trying to get public transport. Will effect change of times for other staff if transport late. Noted I would be waiting for 1 half hrs until the next bus at the end of my shift. Other staff members require 2 buses!!!! Ridiculous

Absolute disgrace that staff aren't allowed to park for work, people in need of medical care are going to suffer due to problems this will have if transport is late etc.
Need more car parking for everyone not enough for staff or patients.

It is ridiculous that staff do not ave permits. These people have to be there for our treatment. Make it easier on all of them and give them car permits these hard working people of the NHS.

Staff ought not to be left to walk alone at night to pick up their cars - at least if parked in car park staff can leave together and keep an eye on each other's safety. Staff who work twilight shifts are at particular risk.

My wife is now going to have to either take 2 busses to and from work and if the weather has been bad like it is now the busses are all cancelled . Then she will have to walk though woods or past Murdos bar which I don't think is very safe given some of the violent or mental people they have to deal with in a daily basis

Transport links are terrible making ARI a very awkward place to get to without a car. Please consider parking solutions for visitors and staff that actually work long term.

I'm one of the members of staff who didn't get allocated a new parking permit. I'm expected to travel on 2 buses, each way, & fork out the costs to do so, which I cannot afford. I'm terribly upset about this & hope that this fiasco gets rectified !

Disgusting way to treat hard working NHS staff who work around the clock over bank holidays and Christmas and have to work long shifts and then to be made to wait even longer for public transport , just to get their own homes. Shame on you!

I think a lot of people are forgetting that public pressure has probably caused this fiasco as there are so many complaints about visitors and patients unable to find parking spaces. Unfortunately it is us the staff at ARI that are being punished. I didn't get a permit and will be expected to travel for 3 hours walking and catching buses to get to work or a 12 hour shift in an extremely busy surgical ward. I for one will consider resigning from my post.
