I do not fwwl it is acceptable to have to take 2 buses to work. While a 1 hour walk home after 8 pm, especially on dark nights is not an option I wish to explore. NHSGrampian are clearly not supportive of their staff in this issue

Inverurie is too far to walk, cycle to work or even get transport to allow 7am start. Disgraceful that the Nhs isn't supporting it's staff to get to work.

People pay ROAD TAX.. INSURANCE and PAY THEIR CARS UP PER MONTH!.. not to leave in a driveway and occur more expensive by paying for buses!!.. People buy cars for their own convenience

All staff at NHS should be issued with permits!! I bet The big shots who made the decision to cut permits have permits!!! What a load of rubbish how can they justify who gets and who doesn't!! Just look at the bigger picture and the effect this will have and for once make the right choice and give all NHS staff permits. Or better still instead of wasting money on stupid things build a car multi storey car park so you can facilitate all staff and visitors!!

Staff should be able to park, I think in the closest car park. Esp if goin on Tia night shift. Or even a shuttle bus that is available for staff to catch early to start there shift in the morning. Used to work at ari an know what the car park can be like, an also a stop should be made to people coming to the car park , an then catchin bus to town, totally disagree with this. As the carpal is meant for staff an patients that have appointments .

Definitely should have permits . It puts people off working in the hospital with the extra stress, they do a good job, give then respect.

Ridiculous that frontline staff who have to be on shift for 7 am are not entitled to a parking permit. This will mean my 5:15 a rise will have to be 04:30 am one. In winter this becomes even more unbareable and unsustainable for many me and many of my colleagues.

A parking permit is not a luxury for medical or nursing staff it's a necessity.

I totally agree that nurses or other health care professionals should have priority of permits due to the dependency of staff needed to ensure safety and staff practice to patients

It is not just ARI that needs to re-think its staff permits, other sites need to step-up as well. Invest in the future, build better parking for both staff, visitors and patients.
