All staff working directly with patients 24/ 7 hould get a permit; office staff working office hrs should be considered to use the public transport.

Unbelievable that staff who work out with "normal" hours are denied permits. I bet management have their permits. Re instate permits for nurses and medical staff. It's taken for granted that staff work unpaid overtime on numerous occasions but yet absolutely no concern for staff.

Scandalous that these hard working "angels" in particular but all hospital staff in general should be penalised by not being allowed a parking facility at the hospital.
What next - when a serious operation or life saving procedure needs to be carried out will it be cancelled because there will be no space to park theatre beds to allow the process to be completed!
Waken up National Health Service and at least try to look after your key assets - your staff.

Everyone has a complicated life...we don't just go to work then home always. A long day would be intolerable with an unnecessarily long journey home without a car.

Having to work different shift patterns with also expensive public and unreliable public transport... I think it's unfair not to provide hospital staff any parking space

Management need to realise that every single member of staff is an integral part of the organisation and should have free access to parking. Place of residence should not be in the equation.

Unfortunately as the ARI has expanded the car pack facilities for the hospital have not kept up with developments. Therefore parking for Patients, Visitors and Staff have suffered from lack of development.
