All staff should have permits it's only fair that they can drive to and from their place of work

It is awful that you can not even get parked at your workplace. This is not help with staff shortages and staff morale!

Staff should be allowed to take cars! They travel at odd ours and work long hours!

Public transport cannot be relied upon for staff working unsociable hours.

As a former employee I understand the staffs frustration and fully support an effort to allow all staff to get a permit. Let's face t the hospital cannot run without its dedicated often abused underpaid staff!

The problem is not the permits themselves but the lack of parking full stop at ARI. The Scottish Executive should get involved in providing an adequate solution for both staff and patients alike. I heard from a very pregnant lady driving round and round trying to find a space in tears because she had missed her appointment. The whole issue needs addressed at ARI public transport just doesnt work when serving such a large geographical area.

It's terrible NHS staff can't park at work considering demanding shift patterns and unsociable hours. Lots of NHS staff are coming and going to work in the dark and it is simply not safe!!

My commute increases from 2 hours to 4 using public transport! Can't go to the gym, or have a life outside of work. Please support this!

Staff who work 12 hour shifts should always be granted a permit. It's unrealistic to expect hard working staff to add further unnecessary travel time on to this. It's unhealthy and unsafe.

All staff should have permits! They all work hard enough without having to walk home to rest before another hard long day!!

12 hour shifts, sometimes no breaks, if busy, no staff canteen in AMH,so have to take food for shift and sometimes take it home as not had a chance to eat it! As well as a 2 bus journey to work or over 40 mins walk!! And might only use car park 1-2 days a week at busy times, as 50/50 nights days!! Bet a lot of 9-5 staff have permits!! And they get off on time too

This is awful for staff. I worked in ARI years ago and remember talking about building a multi storey carpark back in the 90's, perhaps if they had the foresight to do it then there might not be such a problem today :-/

Safety for staff should be a priority, Aberdeen is not a safe city to walk in at anytime of the day
