Completely rediculous! Staff should be able to park on site! Especially medical and maintenance staff.

I would have to get two buses to work. My day would start at 4 and finish at 10pm if I'm lucky and I would have to do this 3 days in a row. I wouldn't get to see my son and if regret was an issue he he was unwell would take me over an hour to get to him to pick him up from school. Also the safety of having to travel at silly hours of the morning and at night.

Parking at Foresterhill is ridiculously poor anyway but to do this to staff is an absolute disgrace.

When filling out the forms, not once were we asked about out of hours oncall. We might be oncall at 5pm an emergancy comesmin and we dont get finished till after midnight. Staff are then expected to get home via sometimes 2 buses, are there even buses running at that time of night. Plus this member of staff can be called back in at any time, if their on public transport this may not be possible
and in an emergancy we have to get to ARI asap. This hasnt been taken into account as far as i can see.
