Ridiculous that there is not a multi level car park being built. No staff = no operations etc They should not have to park a distance away fromwork place nor rely on public transport especially when many work shifts and no transport !

Absolutely shameful NHS Grampian! Staff provide the backbone of your service and you are forever indebted to these hardworking individuals. They should not have to have their personal safety compromised or indeed have to make alternative transport arrangements just because NHS Grampian have decided to disregard their duty of care towards their employees

If teachers have free parking at their workplace why not medical staff? All hospital employees should be provided with free parking places

I work 12 hour shifts and have one school child and one toddler and need my car incase I need to collect them in an emergency. If I had to take public transport I would be out of the house for over 14 hours.

Staff should have permits they work 12 hours a day you want to add an extra 2 hours to that by making them take buses at the crack of dawn. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Why should staff have to pay to save lives!! They get paid little as it is without having to fork there hard earned and well deserved cash into parking meters!!

It's disgusting that staff don't get permits I worked there for over a year and stayed at Strichen and I'm still waiting for my permit I've left now and would never go back they treat their staff with absolutely no respect whatsoever

Staff working 12 hour shifts then expected to use public transport adding another few hours on to their day, and working a few days in a row. How much sleep are they getting between shifts. Also take into account the safety aspect of loan females having to travel in unsociable hours.

Our health workers work hard enough. Why should they have to add so much extra time to their working day in waiting for public transport? We need to show our support.

If nothing else, as the Grampian areas largest employer of female staff, the managers must consider the danger they ask ladies to put themselves in, traveling to and from work at unsocial hours.
