I am signing this for all my passed colleagues. How on earth is a nurse ment to get into work for 07:00 when she / he lives in ie Peterhead. Finishes at 19:00 get home and go through the whole process again the next day. Also public transport is dreadful. They would find it next to impossible to get in on time. And during holiday times ie Christmas there are very few buses running. Whoever came up with this stupid idea is obviously from the twilight zone.

Working a 12 hour shift is very tiring then having to wait for a bus is a disgrace. ( some staff have to take two buses). Look at the car park at weekends it is relatively quiet. Office staff don't work weekends. Says it all!!!!

Having worked at that campus I appreciate the need for staff being able to park. Can be unsafe coming off duty late at night and having to try to get a bus. Not acceptable.

People out with bus routes should get permit and i think staff should get help with bus fares it's a lot of money to fork out on a lower banded wage

What a morale boost..... NOT!!! All staff should have passes, how on earth do management expect to get to and from work, at the unsociable hours that they work!!!

All staff should be given the opportunity to park - long walks and 2 buses just not an option........
Unfortunately Infrastructure in and around Aberdeen needs improving and bus fares expensive
Forms staff asked to fill out when applying for permit's inadequate and seems to be no rhyme or reason as to who got and who did not.
I live in town need to take 2 buses or walk (45 mins) after shift work and on call commitment with which I could be called back into work multiple times, totally unacceptable.....

Parking is essential. You really don't want to rile the nurses - imagine they all started working to contract! Place would fall apart

Absolutely ridiculous that staff cannot get parking permits. My friend lives 20 miles away and has been refused a permit. There is no public transport runs at suitable times for her to get to work or to get home after a 12 hour shift. Slavery in this day and age?

unfortunately I did not get a car park pass either. I can't afford to pay £4.50 per day on the streets and i participate in amateur sports outwith work. and need to get to matches etc directly after finishing time. I'd like to have a continue life outwith my job.
