Staff should have permits,not enough parking at ARI full stop but the staff don't need extra stress worrying about how to get to and from work with the long shifts they do.We'd be lost without them.

Given the abysmal public transport service in Aberdeen and shire I would think that staff would be priority when allocating parking spaces!!

I need my car for work there is no way I taking 2 buses to et home at 8 at night , my man works offshore and I need to get home quick for the dog and hanging about is scary for women least I no I'm going get home safe we my car

Staff in my old teaching hospital dont deserve to be treated like this. The stress of the job is more than enough without worrying about getting parked or a ticket.

How do you expect staff to get to work on time. Attend to children, if needed, unexpectedly at school or day care. Will the NHS pay for our UBER transport?

Staff should be entitled to a space. Every employee is a cog in the working wheel of ARI. Staff don't need the stress of having their permits revoked. Their are better ways of sorting this. Sure Ian Wood car park should be including floors fir staff too

Staff are an integral part of the working day within the Foresterhill Campus. It is essential they are accommodated with plenty parking spaces, but more importantly they require SAFE passage to & from the hospital to their vehicle. This is currently not always the case. ALL parking areas should be FULLY LIT to enable staff get to their vehicle as safely as possible especially as many enter & leave the campus in the dark due to their shift pattern.

People with little ones at home shouls get a parking permit as they have priorties, and cant always get to work on time if they have to get a bus

ARI staff work shifts. Public Transport is not always available as an option. Working within a highly contagious environment & using public transport could spread virus or infection putting the public more at risk. Using a private vehicle with parking is not a privilege it is a health & safety issue. Give all Staff a free parking space....

Staff need to be able to park safely. This means close to their workplace and, as stated in previous comments, the shifts are unsociable and difficult to get there with public transport. Look after your staff and they will look after our health service.

How do they expect staff to get to work if they cant provide a car permit. Buses do not get me to work in time for my shift starting.

Time money was raised to extend ARI car parking facilities. Staff should be able to choose their own form of transport to and from work. Look after staff and they will perform better. What ridiculous expectations and added stress the staff at ARI are being given.

Because no one wants to hear the "dr /midwife/nurse/anesthetist won't be long, they are trying to find a parking space..." in any circumstance.

There is a shortage of nurses so someone came up with the bright idea not to give them parking permits making it impossible for a lot of staff to get to work so they will then have to leave as well.

I have many friends who work for the NHS, they are all questioning whether they can stay in their current position. It is crucial that the NHS do all they can to keep personnel and the ability to get to work easily and park is key. Just give them their permits back or you can look forward to a new staffing problem!
