NLC come on out and tell us all what's your agenda here first council in Scotland to block a charity from using a recycling unit , the excuse of wishaw unit doesnt hold water due to the location and volume so come on tell us all the real reason

Charitable Organisations should not be charge by councils for disposing of rubbish. NLC hitting an all time low with this so called charge!
