This is a disgrace , charging a registered charity to dispose of furniture which is of new use to anyone.
The new policy of charging people to dispose of their rubbish only means roads and countryside around Lanarkshire will be littered with garbage.

Charities like St Patrick’s help so many underprivileged families. It is very sad they cannot have full access to dump waste from doing such charitable work.
