I have made donations to this charity rather than put good items to landfill. If the charity cannot use the item, why shouldn't they be able to recycle it at no cost. After all it's what we households are being encouraged TO DO!

It's a charity! Not a workman getting rid of rubbish!! Let them use the recycling centre!!!! This charity does great things within the community, NLC forcing them into limited access will hurt that!
