Live in the Quad studios. Definitely agree with all the issues listed. Was overhyped and did not get what we were promised. My first issue is that it's practically impossible to open the windows in the Quad - as they are too far back and require you to stand on the desk (which bends as you do this, so potentially dangerous). Trying to park is also a complete nightmare, I feel sorry for those with permits. And the fact it took 2-3 weeks to get the toaster, kettle and microwave is embarrassing, the groundwork on the site is unprofessionally done and I can't believe what happened with the gym.

I live in Townhouse 10 and we have felt unsatisfied since we moved in. We have complained plenty of times regarding multiple issues to the halls office by email, online and in person and have had no results.
