So glad I don't have to live here! From what i have heard the standard of living is disgusting! Your ratings are going down Bangor. It needs sorting. Reichel was better than this and that was shared living!

I'd like to note that Penmon flats PE015-PE019 have no furniture in the communal area for their kitchen. 3 bars stools is not adequate for five people sharing a kitchen

Too many administrative issues to list, along with many maintenance issues. Toaster doesn't work. Builders swearing and shouting outside my window early in the morning (before 9:00). Leaking plumbing in the toilet. Mail administration issues. Gym closed.

I live in Bryn Eithin and I cannot concentrate on my work because of the construction noise. We were promised a finished site. The laundrette does not have enough machines and the laundrette outside Bryn Eithin only has one working machine. The gym we were promised is not even open. There has been no talk of the shuttle bus we were promised. Final comment- I want what I'm paying for or I want money off.

There aren't enough laundrettes for the entire of St. Mary's site. The gym is not to the standard it should be.
