2nd year living in private accommodation, but I find the living state of the St Mary's site to be unfair, however there are two points made in the petition that I don't completely agree with.

i was just wondering, due to the false advertisement and the obvious countless breaches of the contract. is it possible that you can get out of the contract and move out? if they dont hold their end of the bargain then you shouldnt have to be legally binded to a contract they have breached. right?
