Please get and keep our children in school. Herd immunity is a good thing. Our children have a right to their education and everything that goes along with being at school.

It is CRIMINAL to keep the schools closed. Look at the science! Open the schools!! The kids cannot effectively learn virtually.

I believe our children need to go back to school in person. Virtual learning has put an enormous burden on working families.

I believe our children should have the right to go to school and without masks or social distancing. They have been used as pawns in a political agenda that has nothing to do with health or their best interest. The real data of COVID shows that the harm of virtual learning, masks, social distancing, symptom tracking, and toxic sanitation measures or mandated vaccines are not warranted given the risks of COVID, especially in children. It has a 99% survival rate and there are measures to treat it. It is time we do what’s best for our children. And it’s time we are given back our right to make our own decisions (health and others) for our family. The political

Additionally, please stop making it more difficult for the private schools who have in-person learning by continuing to add restrictions because they stood up and didn’t follow suit with the sheep public schools in St Louis County.

Kids need in person school. Staying at home for online is providing kids a way for mental illness, isolation. It is not an education. This is hurting all these kids more than ever compared to if they were in class. This is a seriously harmful to our kids.

I’m a college student. Just graduated from highschool, online schooling isn’t a big deal for me or as I believe any child that is over the age of 12-13. Now elementary schoolers need to be in school. There is no way a 6 year old can stare at a screen listening to a teacher talk for 3 hours+ , parents work full time and can’t watch their child and help them sit still while they have ants in their pants and be on their own zoom calls etc. I believe we should send AT LEAST elementary schoolers back to school and put it in the hands of the parents to inform their children to wear a mask, don’t hug your friends, and make sure you wash your hands! If we can get that far we should be fine!

If every other aspect of our community can be open with safety measures then so should our schools.

In person for those that desire and at home option for those that choose that option. The kids deserve the option!

Please use science, common sense, and realistic goals to make a fair determination about putting our children back in school. St. Louis county health officials are using skewed data and unrealistic expectations to force the closing of schools! Please allow in person option for those that deeply want and need it and the at home option for those that choose. The kids deserve better!
