Please do not add more congestion to Reston without adequate planning.

This will disrupt and congest our schools and our roadways!

This type of development is too large for North Reston.

I think this plan is a terrible idea, especially because of the impact it will have on the number of students at Aldrin Elementary and the increased volume of traffic on the street in front of Aldrin. It will also mean at least 250 more families (350+ people?) regularly shopping at North Point Village, where parking is already getting difficult on some days. We moved to Reston because it was a planned community and we knew nothing new could be built in our backyards. Or, that's what we believed. Apparently that's no longer true.

I agree with the concerns and there should be additional review on the traffic pattern on N. Village and Center Harbor.

This major redevelopment should not proceed for numerous obvious reasons. And this will have a huge negative impact on the value of my property in Hampton Pointe.

This redevelopment is a serious problem and should not be approved.

The governing Fairfax County & Reston authorities are allowing developers & lenders to slowly destroy the very essence of Reston. And as this happens, existing Reston residents are taking the hard brunt of higher & increasing RA fees & county taxes. Traffic & parking are becoming a mess. R E Simon was from NYC, we live in Reston.

Center Harbor is bad enough with the school traffic without making it worse with this development.

The redevelopment as currently planned would severely detract from the Reston living experience and should be down-sized to original scope.

I am very disappointed to hear that this is even a possibility and hope the Review Board will not allow this kind of development in quite North Reston neighborhood. I am living in Hampton Point and the most attractive feature is that it is a peaceful residential neighborhood without so much congestion. I love it here and hope it remains a Beautiful area without high-rises and more traffic! Thank you for listening and I pray you will all make the right decision...Alicia Palma

The infrastructure around this location cannot be upgraded enough to accommodate such an increase in the number of residents as proposed without DRASTICALLY altering the current living conditions of the surrounding communities. The space, trails, available parking, and lack of major traffic is what attracted us to purchase in North Point. The plan to double 250 units to 500 units in such an established space does not bring anything positive to this community. I doubt you will find anyone who supports this idea that does not work for Buzzuto.

I oppose this plan to urbanize the North point section of Reston. I live right across Reston Parkway and I am concerned about the height of the proposed buildings and the additional traffic.

I am against the traffic, density, and urban design of this redevelopment-- none of which fits in with the wooded residential character of the neighbor and is over a mile away from the metro and the urban core.
