This would be an ugly addition to my neighborhood plus creating a terrible traffic problem!

As a homeowner and resident for more than 32 years, I oppose Bozzuto's doubling the size of St. Johns Wood and its urban look and feel. The change will negatively impact our neighborhood, crowding roads and schools. I am very concerned about overflow parking on Center Harbor and coming to Great Owl Drive near our cluster. I oppose the idea of placing an exit on Reston Parkway. Keep the low-profile garden apartment style to maintain the aesthetics of our neighborhood.

We do not want to become a new Tyson's with more high rise buildings--it's bad enough to have the huge, high density units on Reston Parkway between Baron Cameron and 267. Having a location with fewer than 2 designated parking spots per address is not a functional plan. I know that Reston is a planned community, but whose plan is it to create extremely highly populated units?
Please re-consider! We moved to Reston 12 years ago from California for the woods, trees, and limited growth. After 35 years in California, we have seen what unlimited growth and expansion can to do the quality of a city.

This plan would be a disaster for our small north Reston community, which can't handle this large of a development. The Buzz Aldrin school is very close, on Center Harbor Road and this would present a very dangerous traffic situation for the children.

I live right across the street from the proposed redevelopment and think it is out of character with the neighborhood and would add too much traffic. Plus, why demolish a nice apartment complex that is fully rented.

I am totally opposed to the Bozzuto proposal for St. Johns Woods. It would create untenable traffic patterns, overcrowd the schools, hurt the natural environment and set a precedent which is in conflict with the stated intentions of the majority of our elected representatives.

Pls stop this project. We live across the street and it would bring too many people and traffic into a small area.

We must limit high rises to the town center and the Toll Rd corridor. That's what Reston is about--planning and zoning to make a livable home.

We the people of Reston must unite and support one another in preserving our community for our neighbors and families. We support the residents of St Johns Wood and their neighbors in the surrounding area in their hard work to keep their community vital and free from massive overdevelopment.
We are especially concerned about the safety of the children walking to and from Aldrin Elementary School, because of the danger presented by increased and out-of-control speeding traffic.

I have concerns over the increased density as the result of this development.
