As a Realtor in Northern Virginia, I see a disturbing trend of many new developments being built with insufficient parking within the development. This not only impacts the residents, but also the surrounding neighborhoods. By the time the project is fully occupied and the problem becomes obvious, the developer is long gone. Also, I invite any decision makers to take a walk down 10mph North Village Dr. It's a rare treasure that absolutely cannot handle additional traffic and parking.

How is this even possible? This is not in keeping with the overall "vision" of Reston. I would never have bought my home had I known that developers could come in a do anything they wanted. This is horrific. But, of course, developers are only after the money. They don't care what it looks like, how many lives are affected and who loses property value. They just don't care.

Will create too much congestion, reduce property value(s) and cause overcrowding in schools.

The project doesn't belong in our community , and with Mr. Simon dream. This redevelopment belongs in town center we are an stablish comunnity and we do not need more crowded streets. Bozzuto developer should look for other areas . seems like money is what move this kind of things, how convenient that they did not bother to inform the community of this plans until now . And why is it that the Reston association and the board memebers are not doing enough to stop this. I always thought that they care for the place they live and that is why they choose to be representatives of the comunity to prevent this and speak for the residents of Reston . NO THIS REDEVELOPMENT DOES NOT BELONG IN OUR COMMUNITY.

Unsuitable for the Northpoint neighborhood as significantlyrics disrupts character and tranquility of the area. Negative for quality of life.

1. St. Johns should NOT have an alternative exit on Reston Parkway. The exit is too close to the intersection of Reston Parkway and Center Harbor which has an existing stop light. Traffic entering and exiting Great Owl Drive would be adversely affected, VDOT did not approve this option (so far). 2. The amount of residents is too high for the amount of parking available on the property. The parking overflow onto neighborhood streets is going to be a major problem (accidents, extra litter, snow plowing problems etc.).

STOP THIS DEVELOPMENT due to the impacts to our community.

Reston planning cannot accommodate the extremely high density being proposed as well as the loss of trees and excessive parking in the proposed plan.

We have no objections to a redevelopment project but not in this magnitude.

NO! Reston is congested enough as it is!

A redevelopment design of this magnitude is inappropriate for our neighborhood.

This re-development will only add more problems to our neighborhood, our school and disrupt too many individuals who live in there and in the surrounding neighborhoods.

I will remember this at the election booth and in the RA ballots next time, and vote accordingly. I'm sick of Reston being sold to the highest bidder. It has changed beyond recognition. This project will be nothing but a blight on the neighborhood.

To build here would be such a shame! Many families live here and to evict them for another "town center" is ridiculous! We don't need another high rise so close to us.
