St Johns Wood Redevelopment - North Point - Reston

This plan destroys all that we cherish about Reston.

This could be devastating.

Bozzuto seems to be overtaking Reston...not what I believe was the conceived intent of the Reston community. As a resident of Hampton Pointe, I object to the redevelopment of SJW as planned.

Stop this development. It's clearly a benefit first, last, and always for the developer and the tax authorities, at the expense of the citizenry.

I strongly oppose this development to be constructed. Their plan is completely against low density projects here.

This plan is not in keeping with the original plans and ideas of Reston.

The urbanization of North Reston is not in keeping with the original designs for Reston. It would cause overcrowding and traffic problems in North Reston, and therefore I oppose it.

This is despicable. Robert E Simon would be ashamed.

This is not necessary or appropriate for this section of Reston. A 5 story building should be located close to Reston Town Center.

The picture is one thing. How high are the bldgs. and is there parking for all on sight? Have you limited exits to the existing ones already there?

I oppose the redevelopment of the St Johns Woods Community.

I support the opposition.

I am very concerned about the overdevelopment of Reston. It's going too far.

I strongly urge you to reconsider your decision on this: as a resident of Sutton Ridge, traffic on North Village Road is already treacherous due to drivers driving fast and dangerously. Secondly, the design of the proposed redevelopment does not fit in at all with the spirit of Reston's master plan which, was one of the reasons I moved here. Thirdly, the overbuilding of condos and nearby high-rise apartments has already destroyed the feel and accessibility of the Town Center so why are you proposing to destroy a quiet neighborhood with double (or more) traffic, residents and need for services? The proposed new development seems counter-intuitive to the master design and spirit of Reston.

I oppose this development plan as outlined above.

For the people living near the area of future reconstruction, like my Grandma, it will impact their regular routines and daily life.

Stop ruining Reston with unnecessary redevelopment. Keep Reston beautiful please.
