This development will significantly impact the area with congestion, noise, increased traffic, not to mention the destruction of many trees. The infrastructure is not in place to support this development and it is not in line with the concept\design of Reston. This is a bad idea which is all about money !!! Please do not allow it to happen.

I've lived at this address for over 10 years. This redevelopment will impact the value of our homes and lose the quaint appeal that is currently has. The tree removal is even worse. This effects everyone but those that stand to financially benefit.

Please be sure to document, review and publish all community feedback. Tree destruction in Reston is rampant!

strongly oppose, not in context with character, density and architecture of surrounding area. This parcel is not transit oriented, is not urban but rather gabled roof suburban.

The proposed redevelopment would have a severe negative effect on what is currently a relatively quiet residential area.

This needs to be stopped before we lose what once was Reston.

Please limit this type of development to Reston Town Center. This is anathema to the surrounding environs. Please protect Reston!

Reston was designed as it is for a reason. Leave it alone.

I am a resident of Hampton Pointe Condos and am appalled that this project is moving forward. It will have an immeasurable negative impact, forever changing the appearance, appeal and dynamic of the immediate area.

I purchased my home in Reston because I found the neighborhood because of the natural setting, trees, manageable traffic and understated development, St. Johns Wood Redevelopment will ruin all this! I am opposed to this redevelopment.
