Do not build more housing here. There is enough congestion everywhere and I like to come home to a nice, quiet neighborhood.

How can this go forward with so little communication with the affected communities? I am opposed to this development.

This redevelopment project will destroy the North Hills Park area, increase traffic and stress the area. It is wholly not-in-keeping with the North Hills area and needs to be vastly scaled back if it cannot be stopped altogether.

I strongly disapprove of the building of a 5 story high rise building that is completely out of character with existing 2-3 level garden style apartments and the other buildings in the neighborhood.

I am certainly in concurrence with everyone who signed the petition to stop the redevelopment of the St. John's Wood project. I have been living in Reston for 19 years and love the vision the Mr. Robert Simon projected. When you look around Reston you will currently see 9 cranes in various locations in addition to the work on Phase 2 of the metro system to the airport. I do not want this to be another Tysons Corner. I also believe this was not Mr. Simons vision of the future of Reston. We do not need another 2 more apt. buildings or rental townhomes in Reston. Let's stop this now!!

Bozzuto seems to have a way of getting approval for anything they want with little consideration for the impact on surrounding clusters. We went through this with Harbor Place and now with St. Johns Wood. Is there no limit???

This redevelopment design is too much like an urban renewal project. Its only purpose is to generate more income from a small piece of ground. It is entirely inappropriate in a suburban neighborhood.

I would like to better understand the impact of the proposed redevelopment as well as the design review process/responsibilities.

I live in Devonshire, adjacent to St. Johns Woods, and concur with these concerns. Most importantly, I am not in favor of the size of the development (it should not be built higher than the current tree line) and am concerned with tree preservation and visual / noise pollution resulting from this long construction project.

I live at Sutton Ridge a nearby condo development and have never received any documentation about this major redevelopment which will impact my quality of life and the nearby woods.

Reston is being over developed. While some modernization and upgrades are to be expected in Reston, tripling (or more) the number of residents (and vehicle traffic) within the existing footprint is short sighted. Look at vehicle traffic around RTC as an example of poor planning. Is the parking, gas service (Sunonco), and take-out traffic from restaurants at North Point Village sufficient to support such a large increase in residents?
