This plan would have an adverse impact on our community. I am strongly opposed.

One of the reasons I live in Reston is for the wooded areas and quiet neighborhoods. I do NOT want to see high rises and increased traffic around St. Johns Wood. Reston Town Center is already unrecognizable.

I am not in favor of adding an exit across from Great Owl.

The proposed redevelopment should be rejected. It fundamentally alters the nature of this portion of Reston, without any demonstrated need. It moves this quiet part of Reston toward a more congested and noisy area and greatly reduces the green spaces which are prized by the 10s of thousands of residents already here. Other parts of Reston need redevelopment far more than this one. My votes come election day will be based on the rejection of the plan by the RA and County Supervisor Hudgins.

Strongly opposed to this redevelopment which will adversely affect the surrounding homes in this area and possibly lead to decrease in home values. If this is allowed, Bozzuto will undoubtedly follow with a request to redevelop The Apartments at Harbor Park. The original design of North Village area should be maintained.

I do not want our neighborhood changed into a tall building with inadequate parking. I live I. Devonshire and we have less than 2 parking spaces per unit. It DOES NOT WORK -- so unless you develop the first 1-2 floors for parking, the concept is simply wrong! Also you will affect the value of Devonshire housing. The townhouses at the back of our Devonshire cluster face St. John's woods. Are you considering funding us for the loss in value of our homes?

I am concerned about the impact that the increase in population density will have on the area in terms of traffic, schools and environment.

Huge negative impact on the entire surrounding community. DRB needs to seriously re-think this one.

I am totally against this. It will change the whole concept of Reston and our neighborhood.

As a resident of Hemingway Cluster, I am very concerned that the proposed expansion will adversely impact traffic. Increasing the possibility of accidents along Center Harbor. There have already been several accidents at the intersection of Center Harbor and North Village. And the proposed project will certainly have an adverse impact on safety.

This will greatly impact our community in so many negative ways. Our roads can barely hold the traffic flow now. The school is already at capacity and will directly affect our children's education.

We don't want high rises in our neighborhood.

I oppose the redevelopment in North Point Reston. There are other areas within Reston that could be developed. Building in this area will over-congest the North Point Area.

This is truly an abomination that will destroy the character of North Point. I find it hard to fathom that the RA governing board and Ms Hudgins are so out of touch with the community on this issue. It's for this reason and others we are leaving Reston in the near future for other more habitable communities.

High risers around toll road not in north point area...it would change our appeal and feel...Reston was a panned Community

I do not want the development at all. Too much overcrowding and there is already more growth in Reston than necessary.
