I feel that we might as well be talking to a brick wall and as a resident I feel that the Ms. Fulkerson Reston Assoc. CEO should be terminated for letting it get this far. I feel that the RA Board, as many residents feel are not looking honestly out for Reston.

I really don't like this idea and some other changes like paid parking in town center.

I am not against new development but the proposed Plan for St. John Woods would fit better at Reston Toen Center. Please consider downscaling the plan somewhat so it fits in better with the neighborhood.

Please stop this excessive and unnecessary growth that will change our community into Reston Town Center North....one Town Center is enough.

I am concerned about the excessive growth inconsistent with Reston and would like to know why the DRB approved this plan in the beginning.

Not in favor of doubling the apartments, and adding townhouses. As a result, there will be too much conjestion and traffic on Center Harbor Rd.

Northpoint is NOT Reston Town Center. Understand the business aspect, but there is people and environment aspect of the community. Please leave the original plan what RESTON (Bob) envisioned. Its just not adding units..there will be subsequent stores in North Point to support and traffic...all in the name of scientific Density formula

Current proposal will have seriously negative effect on this quiet middle class neighborhood. It will be robbed of its character in a way. Is the proposal being guided by the logic that North Reston should pay it's "fair share" of the surrounding noise? Because that's Ridiculous!

As a Real Estate Appraiser living in the Timberview community across from St Johns Wood I am uniquely qualified to assess the impact this redevelopment will have if allowed to go though. I am strongly opposed!!

Clearly an inappropriate development for the area. How can this have gotten so far through the process?!?!

Totally against this, it would strain the infrastructure, put a burden to local school and traffic on local streets.

This is just one serious breach of the Reston Master Plan - technically and in spirit. Like this, there have been many others that defile the original intent of Reston. By continuing with this kind of degradation some fear Reston will look like Tyson's Corners. I predict worse: Reston will become another Crystal City! You have to wonder: what is the incentive of the DRB to approve this? What would incent them?

Bob Simon would never have allowed this travesty. Reston is a promise that should not be broken!

I have lived in the Reston area for the past 8 years in close vicinity of North Point shopping center and even rented a St John's Wood apartment for 8 months; creating high rise rentals in this area will severely impact the current community feel and will be a serious breach of the Reston Master Plan for this area. Please reconsider this action.

This is the beginning of the destruction of our community. The increase in gridlock, overcrowding of schools, overcrowding of North Point Village, destruction of our trees will destroy the flow of the community. I can't believe that the Reston Design Review Board which is so very strict with regard to the esthetics of the community would allow such an eye sore.
