do not touch St. Johns Wood apartment complex. Any redevelopment will destroy the whole character of the area.

The higher your credit rating is, the less cash you will cover your plan. Although it doesn't make a lot of feeling, insurance companies see individuals with reduced credit as "more dangerous" and will fee them consequently. Shame on all of you just trying to make more money! You are taking away all of North Reston's beauty and charm. Do not put people in a position to lose their homes. You should all feel like dirt.

This proposal has been worrisome to my husband and myself since we first heard about it. We have been living here at SJW for a few years now, and this is the best community we've lived at in Reston since we settled here in 2009. We plan to stay for as long as possible, and your plans to change OUR little community are a huge threat to OUR home and well-being. Let's be honest here when we just say the redevelopment is about fattening your pockets instead of helping your residents. This is absolutely ridiculous and I hope your greed doesn't end up costing us our homes.

Often brought up in support of this by The Fairfax County representative is that we must support the village centers. North Point Village Center needs no additional support. The evidence is obvious in its parking lot - it's almost always full. Weekends especially, but go there any time, any day during normal business hours and its still heavily used. If it got any more population, they would have to build a parking garage to accommodate it. AND, it is foolish to think that people from St. John's Wood will walk there. Very few now do, the percentage will not increase. In this country, you drive even if its a few blocks away. No one wants to carry anything they purchased when they can put it in the car and drive.

Reston is much too crowded already. Much too much traffic and many roads can't be widened because buildings are too close to the road. Very poor planning. Reston was to be a lovely town. Not a high rise crowded city where it takes 45 minutes to get the hospital it used to take less than 15!! If we want a city we will live in a city. We want a lovely UNCROWDED TOWN which is why people moved to Reston in the first place and all these multifamily units and high rise office buildings have ruined it so please STOP adding more congestion and ugly boxes of highrises!

Enough already -- Reston is growing too fast. This place is being gouged of its beauty while its residents are paying more and more to live here.

I do not want to see Reston become Arlington. This "redevelopment" must stop. Please note that I vote at every single election.

As a North Reston Resident, 1 mile to the South of the proposed development, I'm not confident we have the infrastructure to handle the additional households. The metro development on Wiehle alone has increased intra-reston commutes crossing the Toll Road at Wiehle by 15 minutes. Aldrin Elementary is already very full.

I strongly oppose the development of this project. It will cause additional traffic on already congested roads, additional capacity at local schools and will remove trees. It will totally change the look and feel of our neighborhood.
