I pay taxes for this school district, where was my survey to name the school? My grandchildren will be going here, and they could have done a better job naming this school! Our family not being catholic, we are NOT offended or do not get the impression of being a Catholic school but we do consider St. Hedwig to be a wonderful historical town full of many different walks of life built on immigrants (Polish)

First, I’m not catholic. Second it should retain the school being replaced “john Glenn” if not then st. Hedwig elementary would be next appropriate. It’s the location, not the religion. People who think otherwise are moronic snowflakes who don’t use logic.

Exactly, save Tradition for the new middle school. Its owed the the heritage and history of Saint Hedwig to be named after the city. Considering your getting rid of John Glenn who was a famous astronaut. Name it after a great historical city

I was unaware of a future middle school and agree that naming a middle school Tradition would be a better idea. The Elementary would be better named St. Hedwig.

Nobody who lives in St. Hedwig are embarrassed about the name. My grandkids hate the name Traditions and will be attending next year. Forget being pc and name it what it should be St. Hedwig Elementary.
