This turntable is/was an integral part of the St Blazey Sheds and should have the same status as the sheds already preserved.

This is not only important if we are to see steam rail tours coming to Cornwall but it is also part of ourhetatige. St. Blazey semi-roundhouse has preservation order on it, the turntable is an essential part of theroundhouse

this is so important to the tourism of Cornwall, not just those travelling in on steam trains, but for those thousands who line the routes each time a steam train travels through the county.

Steam trains bring tourists and valuable income to the Cornish economy. Without the turntable another piece of our heritage is lost to Cornwall.

Once this is gone, it will be gone for good. The railway is an important part of our cultural heritage, we must hold on to things like this, or we will only regret it in the future!
