This is an important piece of railway heritage and the only example in the area. The loss of this structure has wider implications in denying Cornwall with heritage railway experiences and I believe much welcome tourism income. I'd welcome a value assessment against this structure and a proper review of the contract and responsibilities of the current occupier/user of the depot.
