New york state laws does not ban nor bar gay marriage here only way the goverment will do anything is to deal with this issue since many of the gay commuinty like our hetrosexual couples do pay taxes and own homes and etc please help and sign this so we can have the basic rights here has citizens and not be treted like second class has a citzen of this country we can also go and defend this country but yet were shoved back into a hole
