Mr. Halikowski,

As you know Coolidge and Pinal County are the fastest growing regions in our State. We would like to make you aware of a particular intersection that we and many tens of thousands of our fellow Coolidge, Pinal, and Arizona residents use regularly on our commutes. And we’d like to inform you of how dangerous this intersection is, and the urgent need for it to be upgraded with turn lanes and traffic signals. Specifically, this intersection needs both extended right turns lanes from the high speeds of 65MPH on SR-87 and left turn lanes on N Skousen road.

ADOT has this project programmed, yet no date seems to be designated in your 5-year programming plan.

Coolidge needs this upgrade from ADOT. This cannot wait any longer. We respectfully ask that you do what you can to find the money required to make this upgrade happen before any more people get hurt.

Again, we respectfully ask that you please help to get this project moving ASAP, we have waited long enough.
