Pei-Mei has been instrumental in keeping the Squash program running at Bay Club Fremont. Please find a way to retain her alongside Maha as part of the bigger squash program at BCF.

We joined clubsport Fremont and travel 1.5hr to and from fremont twice a week because of the squash program Pei Mei runs. She is the driving force behind this growing and successful squash program. I appreciate pei mei’s guidance and understanding of the skills my son needs to improve on. Pei Mei and her family are the backbone and the heart and soul of the Fremont squash program. Transferring Pei Mei to a non-squash role would be detriment to the squash program at Fremont.

Psi Mei is such a capable person in so many ways . She knows how to improve the students’ skill gradually . She knows how to communicate and encourage parents to support the children be committed . The 3 languages including English, Mandarin and Taiwanese are the bridges she build through her hard work. Nobody is able to take her unique place.

Believe it or not, for Pei Mei’s sake , we enrolled the family membership to bay club. If she could not continue to work as the squash director, It will be a huge loss for both parents of the squash students and bay club . Please consider the decision you made carefully.

Ms. Pei-Mei has always helped on and off the squash court. She is a great coach and is always very encouraging. Junior squash would not be the same without her.

Ms. Pei Mei is the most hardworking and selfless squash coach I have ever met. If someone is struggling with anything related to squash or outside of the sport, she will do everything to be able to see that child succeed. It is truly awful to see such an amazing person from our community leave, so let’s do everything we can to make Ms. Pei Mei stay because she truly deserves it.

After you have spent money acquiring a beautiful garden, you certainly want to make it better and attract more visitors.
It will be unwise to think that replacing the gardener who has tended the garden for many years and knows each bit of the garden, the soil, the plants, and the visitors will make you a more beautiful garden and bring you more visitors.
Pei-Mei is THE gardener.

I am sending my vote to make sure to retain a very motivational and grass roots effort squash director.,Pei-Mei,
She not only brought awareness of squash program to sport club but she assembled a wonderful team full of potential squash champions at the club. It would be unfair to take her position away from her and we all stand by her.

We signed up for family members only so my kids can be in PeiMei’s squash program. We want her to continue running the squash program since she knows how to help our kids improve after 3 years of training. Consistent training from same coaches is important for my kid. Thanks.
