Strongly support keeping Pei-Mei as squash director for Bay Club

Please do not let Ms. Pei-Mei go. She has been performing 5 star + Customer Service at CSF n BCF squash department for so many years! It would be like a huge earthquake in squash community here, if she no longer can help us. The LOSS will be beyond measure towards us and BCF. No Doubt!!

Pei-Mei has been super helpful and instrumental in both my daughter's and my continuing to play Squash. Please reconsider your decision

We have worked closely with Ms. Pei-Mei, who made significant impacts in cultivating my children’s interest and technique in squash over many years. Ms. Pei-Mei and her squash program is the only reason we remain members, therefore this shocking change is of great concern to my family. Please continue improving the squash program with Ms. Pei-Mei leading and strengthen her involvement with the countless children she has empowered and inspired. Thank you.

PeiMei has been absolutely the best motivator to have kids take to squash.

Pei-Mei is an institution in her own right and has been the single most influential and effective community member when it comes to seeding early stage squash talent, both with parents and the kids. She has remained a strong advocate for junior players, and shares the experience she has gained with her boys becoming amazing players . She pays it forward every day and helps the broader community. We absolutely cannot afford to lose her presence in the community. What Pei-Mei brings to the Bay Club is the irreplaceable feeling of a real community within a commercial enterprise.

As a squash student at BCF for 3 years, I find Ms Peimei’s squash program the most helpful. Please let her continue managing the program.

Pei Mei is very dedicated to the community, not just to the Fremont club players, but to everyone who is interested in squas. It would be a huge lost, if the club let her go.

Pei-mei has near single handedly built this Fremont youth squash community and without her continuing this work, it’s it will likely not continue to grow at the same rate and potentially even move backwards.

Please keep Peimei as squash co-ordinator at Fremont. She has provided tremendous help to promote Fremont squash program. It will be a big loss to squash community.

Truly thanks to Peimei helping my daughter to grow and develop in Squash. Without her and her family's above and beyond contribution, Bay Area squash would not be growing as prospectous as today. Pei-Mei should be credited for growing the squash community, and popularizing the sport at the Fremont club. She has incredible amount of energy and passion for squash and supported training, practice, and match plays for kids tirelessly. We need her to stay and continue her work.

Peimei is the lady who encouraged us in squash right from when my child Varun was 7 years old. She knows each and every kids squash skills and directs them in right way. She plays a major role for my son winning the nationals in U13 and being finalist in U15. Every kid listens and picks up right technique from her as she studies each and every kids squash skills . She is an important asset in our squash community. We enjoy squash a lot today with our son Becos of her. She is very important person to stay in as squash coordinator at Fremont bay club.

Pei-Mei is an absolutely integral member of the squash community. She and her sons have been critical to building a strong community in the bay area, spreading passion for the game, skill development, and being extremely kind, generous people. Please keep her as squash coordinator at Bay Club Fremont!

I fully endorse Pei-Mei. She has done singular service to Squash families and has a wonderful way with kids. She knows most Squash kids and supports them like her own.

Pei-mei is an important part of our growth in sqaush. She has helped us feel welcome to the club, helped grow from 3.4 rated players to 4.6 players and is constantly giving tips to improve and motivating. She is a fabulous person and takes personal interest in us. It would be horrible if she didn't have that kind of time to continue spending in sqaush.

Squash in Fremont would be non-existent without Pei Mei.
