Ridiculous decision. Where is the actual consultation??
My son relies on these services every day. You cant just slash the budget and expect everything to be fine. Stop these cuts now.

This is just shameful. Taking support away from the most vulnerable people in Cardiff is heartless and they dont even ask the people affected what they think.
