We, the undersigned citizens of Albany County, urge the Laramie City Council and the Albany County Commission to designate a substantial portion of the next Specific Purpose Tax to aquifer protection, open space, and rural trails within the Casper Aquifer Protection Area east of Laramie, WY.

The aquifer is our lifeblood. if we ruin the water supply we are done for. prioritize this.
